My first night out with my new coyote killer. Wow!!! It's almost 3:00 in the morning and I'm still too pumped up to sleep so I figure I'll wright a quick review. First off I didn't have time to sight it in so I didn't even pull the trigger although I had like 12 animals in my cross hairs. This scope is amazing, just amazing. Bright clear picture just like day light except the coyotes cant see you! Not one animal got spooked. I had them at distances of 60 yards out to about 450 yards or so. Tonight is an average night as far as moon and starlight goes with partial cloud cover. I did notice that this scope is bigger than my Zeiss that I use for day hunting but a little extra size and weight is a small price for this amazing capability. The manual gain feature seems to help a lot with adjusting the brightness which I used when I moved to a more wooded area. The mil-dot illuminated reticle adjusted from brighter to dimmer and has red or amber color to choose from which was also nice. Nightvision4less was great to deal with and had a great wealth of knowledge to offer. Can't wait to get it zeroed in and shoot some yotes!

After having this scope for just over 2 months I would rate it as the best piece of hunting equipment I've ever bought. I have some very fine guns but this scope allows me to do something that even my best gun can't do... see and shoot in pitch dark conditions. Night hunting has opened an entirely new world to me and allows me to enjoy my sport twice as much. Seeing and hunting game under the cover of darkness is exciting and actually feels more natural than day light hunting. This D-760 night scope is outstanding. I love the fast release mount that lets me to take the unit on and off without having to sight it back in. It is heavier and a little bulkier than my regular day scope but other than that it is an amazing piece of equipment. It is probably 100 times better than the Generation 1 scope that it replaced. I am now absolutely hooked on coyote and hog hunting and have been trying to talk my friend into upgrading his Gen 1 scope to a D-760 so we can hunt together. Anyone that gets this scope will not be disappointed. Great customer service as well, answering all of my newbie night vision questions.
