NightVision4Less only ships to the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do NOT ship outside of the United States.
NightVision4Less is happy to be able to offer our customers FREE 2nd Day Shipping on all orders above $499.00 and for all orders below $499.00, we offer FREE Ground Shipping. This applies to the Continental US only: sorry Alaska and Hawaii but you already live in paradise and regular shipping charges will apply at time of checkout.
For all customers: please make sure that when you provide a ship to address that is different from your billing address, that your credit card company has that address on file. If not, this will delay your order from being processed in a timely fashion.
The majority of orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hours, but please do understand that the build and test process of some night vision equipment can take longer.
If you are interested in getting your product even sooner, you will find options for expedited shipping at the checkout page.
We do use either UPS or FedEx for our delivery services and at the present time we do NOT use USPS services. So if you have a PO Box for your billing address you will also need to provide a physical location as well for shipping purposes. Please note ALL night vision devices will require a signature at time of delivery. Also all ATN products will ship via FedEx and all Night Optics products will ship via UPS. Make sure to provide a complete and accurate ship to address so that your product arrives to you as scheduled. If your address is incorrect and needs to be corrected by a carrier, we do reserve the right to pass along the appropriate charges incurred to us for the correction. NightVision4Less will make every effort to make sure that your package arrives to you on time, but please be aware that we are not responsible for the delay of the product during transit as it is out of our hands.
Finally, although we do our best to secure your product with the best materials there may be times during transit that you may receive a package that clearly shows signs of damage. If you feel that the damage is excessive and/or the package has been opened, please refuse your package and proceed to contact us within 24 hours so that we can take care of the matter as best as possible.
