Generation 2+ high-performance monoculars, the Mini-14 has been developed as an alternative to the PVS-14.
Its design was driven by the need for a submersible device, which is lighter, more versatile, and easier
to use in situations where standard equipment is inadequate. Built for operating in waterways over 60 feet
deep, using a single battery (either AA or CR123), and incorporating head-gear and a weapon mounts as
standard accessories, the Mini-14 is capable of handling any situation. Precision ground lenses produce
distortion free viewing, and the Mini-14’s short length gives it a full 40 degree field of view.
Outfitted with a 3x Mil-Spec magnification lens (included in this kit), the Mini-14 quickly converts from
an ultra-lightweight goggle, to a super crisp magnified monocular. When it comes to excellent images from
a compact monocular, the Mini-14 is hard to beat. The Mini-14 night vision monocular ships with a carry
case, quick-release mil-spec head-gear for hours of hands-free viewing, a quick release weapon mount,
extra brow pads, demist sheild, sacraficial lens, one 3v cr123 battery and one AA battery, lens paper, an
owner's manual, and a warranty card. As part of this kit, a 3x Mil-Spec magnification lens, and a Pelican
Waterproof Hardcase are also included. The Night Optics Mini-14 is covered by a manufacturer’s
two-year warranty.
MINI-14-2HP Night Vision Monoculars: The Mini-14-2HP monoculars are built with a High-Performance
High-Resolution European Generation 2+ night vision image tube.
MINI-14-3EQ Night Vision Monoculars: The Mini-14-3EQ monoculars are built with a High-Performance,
Ultra-High Resolution European Generation 2+ night vision image tube, and will have resolution comparable
to American Generation 3 Night Vision. (minimum resolution 64 l/mm).
