Just bought these night vision goggles to use with my Mars gen 3 scope that I have been using for about a year now. The NVG7's are light weight and allow me to scan for hogs easier than with my scope. The field of view is much wider so I can cover much more ground than with the scope and holding up the goggle is a lot easier than holding my somewhat heavy rifle. The NVG7-3A works great but doesn't have quite as much distance as my Mars 6x scope but it makes up for it with 4 times the field of view. I am very happy with my new goggles and I would recommend them.
