I purchased an identical model from "Large Global Optics Company" because they had the lowest price on the PVS-14 with the specs I was looking for. I received a mismarked (said white ph,was green ph), used, and refurbished item with a burn in and big black spots. I immediately returned for a full refund. I then took a chance on Night Vision 4 Less and bought their model PVS-14. A customer service rep called me the next day (Eli?) on a Sunday when I know they are closed, to confirm my order was the way I wanted it, and let me know they would build a new PVS-14 to order for me. Within the week I had a beautiful brand new PVS-14 with a lovely above spec tube in my hands and up to my eyeball enjoying the night time surroundings with my wife. We saw a buck and doe in the backyard bedding down for the night right away. You can't lose going with a PVS-14 from this company, Night Vision 4 Less.

Even on the darkest nights it enables you to see like it's daytime. Absolutely unbelievable technology! This model is very small and lightweight so it can be hidden or stored in a large shirt or jacket pocket. The autogated technology in this monocular allows it to be used in our very urban environment where there is an abundance of artificial lights. There are however halo like effects that appear in the images around bright lights but adjusting the manual gain control helps reduce some of that extra light. Overall this product uses amazing technology that can greatly enhance the safety and security of your family as well as being a great accessory for camping trips and other activities. Easily a one hundred fold advantage in the case of power failures.
