The RAPTOR® 4x is a state-of-the-art, GENERATION 3 night vision weapon sight, utilizing the latest Ultra military image tube providing 21st Century technology. Rugged yet lightweight, the RAPTOR® 4x is very reliable and is the most accurate imaging device designed to withstand the rigors of combat use. Originally designed for military and professional demands, and for extreme long-range accuracy, the RAPTOR® 4x can easily be mounted on almost any weapon system including military .50 cal sniper rifles. Optional mount adapters are available for specific mounting needs. Sighting is accomplished with a variable illuminated red crosshair ballistic reticle. The red on green reticle is fully adjustable for bore sighting and has a separate control for optimal reticle brightness and contrast for all lighting conditions. The reticle offers 0.2 Mil elevation and windage adjustments. A daylight cover protects the objective lens, as well as the image tube, against accidental exposure to bright light. This daylight cover can be used for training and bore sighting during low-light conditions such as dawn, dusk or overcast days. A pressure operated rubber eye guard provides operator protection from recoil and prevents light scatter from the image tube. All RAPTOR® units ship with an Ultra high performance US military image tube with certification paperwork. Included with each RAPTOR® 4x is a mil-spec throw lever weaver style mount that will attach easily to any weapon as well as hold zero on and off the weapon. Typical operating range is 1857 yards in moonlight / 1232 yards in starlight / 650 yards in cloud cover. The Raptor 4x ships with: Pressure operated rubber eyeguard, objective lens daylight cover, 2 AA batteries, an operators manual, a cleaning brush, cleaning tissue, ARMS #11 mount, ARMS #19 mount, a soft carry case, and a hard carry case. (Max recoil rating: .50 BMG)

Please Note: Due to Military demand, the Raptor 4x and Raptor 6x have been pulled from the commercial market. Although we're hopeful that they will return, based on our best information it will likely be a matter of years. Although not as revered, the D-740 Night Vision Rifle Scopes, and the D-760 Night Vision Rifle Scopes, modeled after the Raptor 4x and 6x respectively, are comparable in performance.
