Derived from the US military issue AN/PVS-14 goggles, the Night Quest PVS-14 is manufactured by ITT, the leading name in Gen 3 night vision. The ITT Night Quest PVS-14 Gen 3 goggle is designed for the most demanding of nighttime applications. Like the NQ-6015 it features Automatic Brightness Control and Bright Light Protecttion, but additionally the PVS-14 features Variable Gain Control for optimal clarity in urban environments. Built around the most advanced Gen 3 night vision technology, the Night Quest PVS-14 offers the best in night vision from a robust monocular goggle. Optional accessories include 3x or 5x milspec afocal lenses, a magnetic compass, extended range IR illuminator, helmet mount, and a weapon mount for use with night vision compatible sights. The extremely lightweight and versatile PVS-14 can be head-mounted (gear included), handheld, or camera adapted. Factory new and backed by ITT's comprehensive 2-year warranty the NQPVS-14 is the ideal device for all "Light the Night" applications. The use of a monocular goggles has become increasingly popular with military forces, because it reduces the problems caused by temporary night-blindness, and allows peripheral use of the operator's second eye.
